What to Expect from Sears Maid Service
Once you’ve requested maid services, you probably have some questions about just how services
are rendered. Sears Maid Services can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, so
if there’s a certain day and time you’d like for us to arrive, we can usually do so.
Sears Maid Services can perform our cleaning duties when clients are at home or if they are
away. If you plan on not being home when our associates arrive, please consider the following:
-
Our staff will need a way to access your property. This is typically done with a
garage door keypad code or house key (either given to our associate or concealed
on your property).
-
Please make us aware of any pets you have on the premises. Depending on the
situation, a pet may need to be confined to a room while our staff services the
rest of the home.
-
Don’t forget to notify our staff of any alarm or security system you have on the
premises.
If there are any other special instructions you need to share with our staff prior to their
entry (gates, additional security, etc.), please be sure to inform us when arranging your
appointment.
Apartment Cleaning
Like homes, apartments need cleaning too. When you need help keeping your apartment clean,
whether it’s a one-time cleaning or regular cleaning, you can count on Sears Maid Services
to clean your apartment efficiently and quickly.
While on the job, our associates will clean all the same areas that they would while in a home.
You can also let our staff know of any special instructions you may have for the cleaning. That
way, you’ll be sure to get the service you want.
Move-Out Cleaning & Move-In Cleaning
When it comes time to move out of a home or apartment, there are several tasks and chores that
need to be accomplished. From the organizing and packing to the moving itself, moving out is a
hassle. In the rush and bustle to get to the next location, many movers don’t have time to clean
the previous property for the next resident—often a requirement of lease agreements.
With all that you have going on, why not let someone else handle the cleaning? Sears Maid Services
offers one-time home cleaning services. We’ll vacuum and mop up all the dust left behind once the
furniture has been moved out, not to mention cleaning the toilets, floors, and countertops, among
other areas. Don’t look back when you move. Have a Sears Maid associate do the cleaning for you
so you can get on to your new home.
Likewise, when moving in, you may notice that someone forgot to do a thorough cleaning before
leaving. Unfortunately, some tenants, landlords, or former homeowners aren’t responsible for
cleaning the home thoroughly enough before leaving.
Instead of hassling with cleaning right before you move in, call a Sears Maid associate. We’ll
make sure that your new place is well cleaned and sanitary by the time you move in. That way,
you’ll be able to get settled without worrying about cleaning first.
Sears Maids' Deep Cleaning: Intensive Fall & Spring Cleaning
When it’s been a long time since your home has had a thorough cleaning, you may opt for a Deep
Cleaning. It may be that your kitchen has accumulated too much grime for you to stand
(especially the kitchen hood or the oven), the bathtub is covered in grime, or your upholstery
is dusty. For these serious cleaning challenges, our professional maid associates are on the job.
When your home needs extra attention, perhaps during fall or spring cleaning, our maid associates
will provide these services in addition to all regular cleaning services listed above:
- Clean inside hood range
- Clean interior of oven and fridge
- Wipe down doors and frames
- Clean floors with extra attention
- Wipe down exteriors of all cabinets
- Dust and wipe down window blinds & ledges
- Dust and wipe down baseboard
- Vacuum upholstery
- Extra attention to showers and tubs
- Sanitize wastebaskets
- Clean under beds and couches if accessible
- Spot clean walls, doors and door frames
- Cleaning of all interior windows (exterior if accessible from the inside)
- Wipe and sanitize all door knobs, light switches and outlet covers
When you need the extra effort and the extra attention paid to cleaning your home, you can depend
on Sears Maid Services' deep cleaning.
